All items are hand-made by Rachels' with the greatest care and attention to detail. No items are "farmed out" to another individual or organization (except for the crocheted caps), ensuring a quality hand-made product. Crocheted caps are always made with the utmost care and any caps with flaws will not be sold.
Snail-mail Ordering
Do you wish to order via mail? I do accept mail orders with a money order, cashier's check or personal check (personal check will need to be cleared with your bank before sending out merchandise). Please write down the following:
*what you wish to order,
*sizing, fabric choices, etc...,
*your telephone number, e-mail (if applicable),
*address to mail items to,
*any other information you feel is important.

Hats/Bonnets- In stock fabrics are 100% cotton or poly/cotton. Basic colors are white, cream, white eyelet, yellow, pink, navy blue, grey, black and various pastel solid colors. If I do not have a solid color in stock, I can purchase it for your item(s). Small print fabrics are also available to what I have in stock.
For elastic or Velcro strap, measure in inches from top of child's ear, under chin, to top of opposite ear.
Custom Fabrics - I will gladly make your choice of bonnet/hat in the fabric and color of your choice. Most bonnets/hats require 5/8 yard of fabric (100% cotton, poly/cotton), and 5/8 yard of your choice of lining (polyester or cotton). You can provide the ties or I will provide either elastic or a Velcro strap. If you are not certain of the yardage, please contact me.
All hats/bonnets/aprons are custom made. If you wish to return your item, please let me know by e-mail. In most cases (except for custom monogramming), I can refund your money if your item can be re-sold. Thank you for your understanding!
For rush orders, an additional $3.00 per hat/bonnet/apron will be charged.

If paying by Visa or Mastercard, in order to offset credit card processing fees, the following additional charge will be added to your total:
Up to $25.00 - .50 cents
$25.00 to $49.00 - $1.50
$50.00 and over - $2.00
Rachels' modesty also accepts money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (personal checks must be cleared by the bank before order is started).
I try to ship most orders by USPS Priority Mail. When the cost of mailing is very high, I will ship by USPS Parcel Post.
USA - All orders are shipped for a basic rate of $5.00 up to three hats/bonnets, $5.00 up to 2 aprons, etc. Anything over the basic rate, $5.00 will be added.
Florida - If shipped within the State of Florida, an additional 6% sales tax will be added to your order.
Canadian and International - Rachels' is not certain if your country has a customs tax that you need to pay when receiving your item(s), in addition to the shipping cost. If you are not certain, please check before ordering.
