All items are hand-made by Rachels' with the greatest care and attention to detail. No items are "farmed out" to another individual or organization (except for the crocheted caps and gloves), ensuring a quality hand-made product. Crocheted caps are always made with the utmost care and any caps with flaws will not be sold.

Snail-mail Ordering

Do you wish to order via mail? I do accept mail orders with a money order, cashier's check or personal check (personal check will need to be cleared with your bank before sending out merchandise). Please write down the following:

*what you wish to order,

*sizing, fabric choices, etc...,

*your telephone number, e-mail (if applicable),

*address to mail items to,

*any other information you feel is important.

Please include the appropriate shipping (back to you) in your payment. Send the payment and all information to:

Custom Fabrics - I will gladly make your item(s) in the fabric and color of your choice. Please contact me for yardage amount.

Returns - All hats/bonnets/aprons are custom made. If you wish to return your item, please let me know by e-mail. In most cases (except for custom monogramming), I can refund your money if your item can be re-sold. Thank you for your understanding!

Rush orders - An additional $5.00 per hat/bonnet/apron will be charged. Please contact me first before placing your order, to make sure your deadline date can be met.

Payment Methods

For custom orders over $100.00, I do require at least half of the estimated amount down, and the balance upon completion and before mailing to you. Items ordered from the Rachels' web-site are paid in full when placing your order.

Money tight and you wish to order? I understand.

For approved customers, I can set up a payment plan. Paypal is preferred. Please e-mail me at rachseamstress@aol.com for additional information.

Money order or cashiers check.

Payment accepted by money order or cashiers check. Personal checks will be accepted, but shipment will be held until check is cleared. For orders outside the USA, I accept international money orders in US funds only.
