About Me
I was born in the Northeast U.S. and re-located to Florida with my family when I was nine years old. I grew up in the Sarasota, FL area, moving to Southeast Florida in my 20's. Southeast Florida had been my home for many years, which can be an interesting experience, and where many cultures live and work together. I recently re-located to North Florida, where horse farms are abundant and the folks are very friendly and down-to-earth, and hope to stay for some time.
I am a third generation seamstress and began to sew at eight years old. My mother was a seamstress, and her mother before her. My great-aunt was a seamstress during the 1940's, sewing piece-work in her basement on a treadle machine.
